Open the Mission you are interested in, check the requirements in the mission details pop-up, and click the Join button to confirm your participation.
Can I activate multiple Missions at the same time?
You can have only one casino mission in the progress at a time. If you start a new mission, your current one will be canceled and its progress reset. Any completed steps within that mission will not be saved.
What happens if I don’t complete the mission before it ends?
If the requirements aren’t met before the time runs out, the mission will expire. Your progress will be reset and the reward can’t be claimed.
How do I claim my mission reward?
Complete the mission within the given time to qualify for the reward. You can claim it from the mission card or it may be credited automatically within 3 days after completion.Once credited, the reward will appear in the Special Bonuses section on the Bonuses page. Activation periods and additional conditions may apply. Full details are available in the bonus description on the Bonuses page. By activating the bonus, you agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Can I cancel a mission in progress?
Yes. Open the mission details and click Cancel Mission to confirm your decision. Your current progress will be reset and the mission will be canceled. Completed steps will not be saved, and the reward will not be granted.
Are sports missions available?
At the moment, missions are available only for Casino games, including Originals, Live Games, Table Games and Slots. Sport missions are not available yet, but will be added in the future.
